David has spent 25 years in training, management and counselling in private industry, but mostly in the NFP sector.  David and Alli have been married 19 years and have two teenage children.  They have a special interest in the family, believing that family health determines the state of health of the community, which in turn affects the health of the nation.

David and Alli have completed training in family education and therapy with a special interest in relationship counselling, addiction and sexuality.  David has been a trainer and lecturer in a large national counselling organisation, and has three counselling qualifications. 

David has been a popular international speaker on issues related to family, marriage and sexuality. He has also managed a not-for-profit counselling centre and has supervised a wide variety of people, including counsellors and administrators. He has also had experience in a large NFP where most of the workers were volunteers, and where people skills were even more critical.

David and Alli have written papers on family dysfunction, infertility, sexual addiction, pornography, counselling for HIV/Aids, childhood development and post abortion issues. 

David and Alli have a special interest in Eastern Europe where they have run seminars and provided training for non government organisations.  

Alli has completed two counselling qualifications. Together with David, she has been in private practice as a husband and wife team since 2001.  Alli has additional interest in the role of women in society.
